User Accounts

- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Account Security

- We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including:
- Text, graphics, logos, images, videos
- Software, code, and algorithms
- Course materials and training content
- Product designs and interfaces
- Trademarks and brand elements are owned by TBAI Automation or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit to our Services
- By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide our Services
- You represent that you have the right to submit such content

Services and Products Terms
Service Delivery
- We will provide Services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards
- Service timelines and deliverables will be specified in separate agreements or proposals

Custom Development Projects
- Scope, timeline, and pricing will be agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW)
- Payment terms will be specified in the SOW
- Deliverables and acceptance criteria will be defined in the SOW
- Intellectual property ownership will be addressed in the SOWTraining Courses
- Course access is granted for the duration specified at purchase
- Course materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed
- We reserve the right to update course content
- Refund policy will be specified at time of purchase
Product Subscriptions
- Products may be offered on a subscription basis
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancellation must be made before the renewal date to avoid charges
- We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
Beta Products
- Some products (like Senior Voice Assistant) are offered in beta
- Beta products are provided "as is" with limited warranties
- Features may change or be discontinued during beta
- Beta access may be terminated at any time
Payment Terms
Fees and Billing

- AI OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Liability Cap
- Our total liability for any claim related to Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- For free services or beta products, liability shall not exceed 1,000 ILS
Excluded Damages
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or content
- Decisions made based on AI outputs
- Errors in automated systems
Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TBAI Automation, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to our Services
- Your negligence or misconduct
